Geotechnical Studies

The determination of soil attributes for making the foundation of a construction is a decisive aspect in any Project. SGS using own teams can develop geotechnical or environmental contamination reports, which allows to take a decision at the moment of planning a Construction Project in the Building or Civil Works areas.  

According to the Project and its placed as well as the building site over acting subsequent, SGS establishes the acting plans for these studies that allow the Property and the Designer to take decisions.

Once the construction process has begun, activities of Consulting and Geotechnical Inspection are developed for assisting technically to the Work Management and owners in taking decisions.

For developing these activities SGS disposes of boring, penetration and testing on site equipments, as well as a Laboratory specialized in soils and environmental analysis.
