What is Continuous Training and Who can Benefit from It?
Training actions whose implementation is planned, organised and managed by the companies for their employees. These actions are regulated in the TAS 2307/2007 july 13th Order (BOE july 31st 2007).
Companies have a yearly Credit for Continuous Management, which can turn effective through bonuses in the National Insurance fees. This initiative includes also Individual Training Authorisation or the company’s authorisation to help the employee the fulfilment of Training Actions recognised by an official degree.
What services does SGS offer?
SGS in condition of ORGANIZING ENTITY of GROUPED PLANS of the continuous training model of the FTFE, helps them to manage together the economic aids available for all the companies and later to give the training.
Nowadays, we are managing the credit of more than 30 grouped plans distributed by the whole Spanish Territory. We are helping more than 400 companies of different sectors to recover their investments in training the application of bonuses in its bulletins of the National Health Service.
